Information you give us

The email address you enter in the sign-up form. It is passed to the Provider’s checkout to start your registration. If you write to us, we keep your message and your email address for as long as needed to deal with it.

Usage data

Limited technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, used to operate and improve this website.

Marketing identifiers

Campaign and referral parameters, such as advertising click identifiers, used to measure which campaigns lead to sign-ups.

We do not collect your payment card details at any point. Those go directly to the Provider’s checkout.

We do not operate the VPN, the antivirus or any other part of the featured service, and we receive no data from them. Any logging policy that applies while you are connected is the Provider’s, set out in their own privacy policy. We encourage you to read it before subscribing.

We do not sell your personal data. It may be handled by: the Provider, which receives your email address and the campaign identifiers needed to complete your registration; our hosting provider; our analytics providers; and Google, for advertising measurement. Authorities may receive data where we are legally required to disclose it.

To understand how the page is used, we use Umami and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity records how visitors move through the page (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement); it does not record what you type in form fields. See the Microsoft privacy statement.

Following a link from this site takes you to a separate website run by a different company. What happens to your information there is governed by their privacy policy, not this one. We encourage you to read it before entering any personal or payment details.

We do not collect, store or process payment card details. Payment, billing, account and subscription data are processed by the Provider and its payment processors under their own privacy policies. Requests about that data, such as cancellation or account deletion, can be sent to support@getvaulthub.com and are passed to the Provider.

This website is served over HTTPS, so the information you enter is encrypted in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the data we hold.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise these rights, email support@getvaulthub.com or write to Carttenders, Lda, Rua Fradesso da Silveira, N.º 4, 3.º B, 1300-609 Lisboa, Portugal. We respond within one month.

If you are in the European Union and believe we have not handled your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), cnpd.pt.

Server logs are kept for a limited period for security and diagnostics and then deleted or anonymised. Advertising measurement data is kept for no longer than 26 months. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to keep a reasonable record.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date at the top.
